They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Lizzy Football Club could be found in Group 6 together with IFK Mariehamn, CD Inter Vista Alegre and Nyköpings BIS 1. Lizzy Football Club continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna with 0-5. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna won over Dallas Texans Soccer Club and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. Lizzy Football Club also participated in Boys 12 during Gothia Cup 2017. They won Play off A, after beating SC Nienstedten in the final with 3-1.
