Florø SK

Florø SK was one of 56 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Florø SK, 187 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof Florø SK could be found in Group 9 together with Comude Zapopan, FC EUROPA Football Academy and Staffanstorp United 2. Florø SK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against PLAYR Academy with 1-3. In the Final, Ryerson SC West won over PLAYR Academy and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Florø SK also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in B15 Play off A, but lost it against TuS Komet Arsten with 2-4. Florø SK comes from Florø which lies approximately 580 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
