Ludvika FK

Ludvika FK was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Ludvika FK, 148 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 37 different groups, whereof Ludvika FK could be found in Group 21 together with Stars'n Stripes Red, Öckerö IF and Welland Juniors. Ludvika FK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against IFK Viksjö 1 with 0-1. In the Final, NorCal Premier PDP won over Windsor FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Ludvika FK comes from Ludvika which lies approximately 330 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Ludvika does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Dalkurd FF / Forssa BK, Fagersta Södra IK, Västanfors IF, Östansbo IS and Forssa BK).
