Hertzöga BK

Hertzöga BK was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to Hertzöga BK, 68 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Hertzöga BK could be found in Group 10 together with IFK Göteborg, IK Tun and FC St. Pauli Hamburg. Hertzöga BK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Göteborgs DFF with 1-4. In the Final, Kungsbacka DFF won over FC Djursholm and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 18. Hertzöga comes from Karlstad which lies approximately 210 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Karlstad does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Norrstrands IF, FBK Karlstad and Idrottsklubben Carlstad).
