Prestige Football Academy

Prestige Football Academy was one of 11 clubs from South Africa that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Prestige Football Academy, 148 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 37 different groups, whereof Prestige Football Academy could be found in Group 27 together with Ag Paraskevi Santa 2, Live your world cup and Kilafors IF. Prestige Football Academy continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Oppsal IF 2 with 0-4. In the Final, Örgryte IS won over V. Frölunda IF and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 18. Prestige Football Academy comes from JOHANNESBURG which lies approximately 9500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
