Jäders IF

Jäders IF was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Jäders IF, 148 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 37 different groups, whereof Jäders IF could be found in Group 34 together with Soltau, MTV, Football Academy Plus 1 and Lindome GIF. Jäders IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 34. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against South Dartmoor CC with 1-2. In the Final, NorCal Premier PDP won over Windsor FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Jäders comes from Eskilstuna which lies approximately 330 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Eskilstuna does also provide 16 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Among others: Barkarö SK, Irsta IF, Västerås IK, Triangelns IK, BK Sport, Hällbybrunns IF, Västerås SK Fotboll, Västerås SK Ungdom, Gideonsbergs IF and Skiljebo SK).
