Köping FF

Köping FF was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Köping FF, 148 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 37 different groups, whereof Köping FF could be found in Group 8 together with Milano United Football Club, IFK Hjo and SSC Hagen Ahrensburg. Köping FF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against BK Forward 1 with 2-3. In the Final, NorCal Premier PDP won over Windsor FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Köping comes from Köping which lies approximately 310 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Köping does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Among others: Barkarö SK, Västerås IK, Triangelns IK, Frövi IK, BK Sport, Hällbybrunns IF, Surahammars FK, Västerås SK Fotboll, Västerås SK Ungdom and Gideonsbergs IF).
