They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Global Premier Soccer FC Bayern could be found in Group 9 together with KFV Segeberg, Lillestrøm SK and Jitex Mölndal BK. Global Premier Soccer FC Bayern made it to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 9. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Del Mar Sharks, which they won with 3-0. Thereby Global Premier Soccer FC Bayern won the entire Play off B in Girls 13 during Gothia Cup 2018.
