In addition to Qviding FIF, 35 other teams played in SEF Trophy. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Qviding FIF could be found in Group 7 together with Kalmar FF, IFK Norrköping and FC Djursholm. Qviding FIF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna with 0-4. In the Final, AIK FF won over Helsingborgs IF and became the winner of Play off A in SEF Trophy.
