South Molton FC

South Molton FC was one of 35 clubs from England that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to South Molton FC, 195 other teams from 36 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof South Molton FC could be found in Group 9 together with Stryn TIL, Töreboda IK and IF Lödde 2. South Molton FC continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Skanör-Falsterbo IF with 0-1. In the Final, S. Lanzarote won over Sangre Chilena FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. South Molton FC comes from Barnstaple which lies approximately 1300 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
