Pequeninos do Jockey

Pequeninos do Jockey was one of 13 clubs from Brazil that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Pequeninos do Jockey, 195 other teams from 36 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof Pequeninos do Jockey could be found in Group 3 together with Leiknir 1, Åtvidabergs FF and Älvsjö AIK FF. Pequeninos do Jockey continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against SKF Bulgaria with 2-3. In the Final, Lizzy Football Club won over SKF Bulgaria and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. Pequeninos do Jockey comes from Sao Paulo which lies approximately 11000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Sao Paulo does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Jockey Club de Rosario, BRFC, Clube Campo Belo, Kauai Brasil, Audax, SKF Brazil, Ordin FC, Gideao Soccer, Euro Sports Brasil and E.C. Pinheiros).
