Holsatia im EMTV

Holsatia im EMTV was one of 58 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Holsatia im EMTV, 187 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof Holsatia im EMTV could be found in Group 3 together with Rælingen FK, Lizzy Football Club and Västerås SK Fotboll. Holsatia im EMTV continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Emmaboda IS with 4-5. In the Final, Stryn TIL won over Seatown FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. Holsatia im EMTV comes from Elmshorn which lies approximately 470 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Elmshorn does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Among others: Walddörfer SV, FC Este 2012, Wedeler TSV, Rahlstedter, SC, SV Rugenbergen, FC St. Pauli Hamburg, Ellerau, SC, Blau-Weiß 96 Schenefeld, FC Teutonia 05 and SC Nienstedten).
