In addition to the two Nordhordland teams, 147 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 37 different groups, whereof Nordhordland BK 1 could be found in Group 20 together with Skövde AIK 1, SSC Phoenix Kisdorf and Intercups MX. Nordhordland BK 1 continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Stala IF with 2-3. In the Final, Örgryte IS won over V. Frölunda IF and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 18. Nordhordland BK also participated in Boys 18 during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in B18 Play off B, but lost it against Project Playground FC with 0-5.
