Örebro SK

In addition to Örebro SK, 35 other teams from 13 different countries played in Gothia Trophy (B17). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Örebro SK could be found in Group 3 together with Djurgårdens IF, FC Tokyo and Deportivo Alaves. Örebro SK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IF Elfsborg with 0-3. In the Final, Right to Dream won over IFK Göteborg and became the winner of Play off A in Gothia Trophy (B17). Örebro SK also participated in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (B17) during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the Semi final in B17E Play off B, but lost it against Djurgårdens IF with 0-1.
