In addition to KFV Segeberg, 40 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof KFV Segeberg could be found in Group 9 together with Lillestrøm SK, Global Premier Soccer FC Bayern and Jitex Mölndal BK. KFV Segeberg continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Nacka FC with 0-3. In the Final, Nacka FC won over Hamburger Sport Verein HSV and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 13. KFV Segeberg also participated in Girls 12 during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the Semi final in G12 Play off A, but lost it against Boo IS with 1-4.
