Gideao Soccer

Gideao Soccer was one of 13 clubs from Brazil that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Gideao Soccer, 168 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof Gideao Soccer could be found in Group 23 together with Regents Park FC, Irsta IF 1 and Bergsjö IF. Gideao Soccer continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 23. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lizzy Football Club with 1-2. In the Final, Lizzy Football Club won over Mountain FC 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. Gideao Soccer comes from SÃO PAULO which lies approximately 11000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around SÃO PAULO does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Jockey Club de Rosario, BRFC, Clube Campo Belo, Kauai Brasil, Audax, SKF Brazil, Ordin FC, Euro Sports Brasil, Pequeninos do Jockey and E.C.
