AYSES

AYSES was one of 44 clubs from USA that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to AYSES, 187 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof AYSES could be found in Group 28 together with Östansbo IS, Tölö IF and Yeovil Town FC. AYSES continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 28. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kållered SK with 2-4. In the Final, Stryn TIL won over Seatown FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. AYSES comes from Dallas which lies approximately 210 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Dallas does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Among others: ISS Skævinge, Fortuna FF, Hittarps IK, Glumslövs FF, Eskilsminne IF, Jyllinge FC, Helsingborgs IF, FC Nordsjælland, Kona Crush and Kullavägens BK).
