In addition to FC Connecticut, 46 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof FC Connecticut could be found in Group 9 together with Hjuviks AIK 2, KFV Segeberg 2 and AIK FF. FC Connecticut continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Fortuna FF with 0-3. In the Final, Fortuna FF won over IFK Göteborg and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 12.
