Oppsal IF

In addition to Oppsal IF, 187 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof Oppsal IF could be found in Group 38 together with TSV Altenholz, North England Elite and Tranemo IF. Oppsal IF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 38. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Yeovil Town FC with 1-2. In the Final, Ryerson SC West won over PLAYR Academy and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Oppsal IF also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in B15 Play off A, but lost it against BK Höllviken Black with 0-1.
