In addition to Breidholt, 40 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Breidholt could be found in Group 7 together with Lyn Fotball, IFK Österåker, ATSV Scharmbeckstotel and Älvsjö AIK FF. Breidholt continued to Play off B after reaching 5:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Marin FC 2 with 0-5. In the Final, Global Premier Soccer FC Bayern won over Del Mar Sharks and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 13.
