In addition to the three Keflavik teams, 193 other teams from 36 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof Keflavik 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Santos Laguna CDMX, Dalstorps IF/Grimsås IF/Limmareds IF and Ösets BK. Keflavik 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Sollentuna FK with 0-3. In the Final, S. Lanzarote won over Sangre Chilena FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14.
