Lambertseter IF

Lambertseter IF was one of 56 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Lambertseter IF, 117 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Lambertseter IF could be found in Group 23 together with Sandåkerns SK, Möre BK and Tyresö FF. Lambertseter IF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 23. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Notvikens Ik/ Luleå SK with 1-2. In the Final, Hammarby IF FF won over Lerums IS and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Lambertseter comes from Oslo which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Oslo does also provide 16 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Among others: Lyn Fotball, Lørenskog IF, Lillestrøm SK, Skjetten Fotball, FK Fjellhamar, Oppsal IF, Sætre IF Graabein, Rælingen FK, Nittedal IL and Øvrevoll/Hosle IL).
