Skara FC

Skara FC was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Skara FC, 117 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Skara FC could be found in Group 14 together with Nordhordland BK 2, Tullinge TP, Dallas Texans Soccer Club and Älvängens IK. Skara FC continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against JSSL Singapore with 0-1. In the Final, Glumslövs FF won over Vinslövs IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Skara FC comes from Skara which lies approximately 110 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Skara does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Falköpings KIK, IFK Tidaholm, Skultorps IF, IFK Falköping FF, Skövde AIK, IFK Skövde FK, Hällekis IF, Lidköpings FK, Våmbs IF and Våmbs IF/Skultorps IF).
