Södra Sandby IF

Södra Sandby IF was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Södra Sandby IF, 195 other teams from 39 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Södra Sandby IF could be found in Group 43 together with Lillestrøm SK 2, Most Wanted Elite and Onsala BK. Södra Sandby IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 43. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Kisa BK with 1-2. In the Final, FC Chambly won over Glumslövs FF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Södra Sandby IF also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the 1/64 Final in B14 Play off B, but lost it against Gorge with 1-2. Södra Sandby comes from Södra Sandby which lies approximately 240 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
