They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof KFV Segeberg could be found in Group 28 together with FC Bangkok, Vinslövs IF and Hovås-Billdal IF. KFV Segeberg made it to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 28. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Lidingö 1, which they won with 4-0.
