In addition to the two Makati FC teams, 136 other teams from 25 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Makati FC 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Walddörfer SV, Josh Evans Soccer School and IF Brommapojkarna. Makati FC 1 continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Dallas Texans Soccer Club with 0-3. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna won over Dallas Texans Soccer Club and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. Makati FC also participated in Boys 12 during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the 1/32 Final in B12 Play off A, but lost it against Prep School Pumas 1 with 0-4.
