FC Hessleholm

FC Hessleholm was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to FC Hessleholm, 90 other teams from 7 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof FC Hessleholm could be found in Group 8 together with IFK Göteborg, Ersmarks IK, Älta IF and Marin FC. FC Hessleholm made it to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Onsala BK, which they won with 1-0. Thereby FC Hessleholm won the entire Play off B in Girls 14 during Gothia Cup 2018. FC Hessleholm comes from Hässleholm which lies approximately 210 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Hässleholm does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Among others: IFK Osby, Kristianstad FC, Hörby FF, IFK Knislinge, Vinslövs IF, IFK Hässleholm, Markaryds IF, Broby IF, Kristianstad United FS and Kristianstads DFF).
