Football Academy of Jerusalem

Football Academy of Jerusalem was the only club from Palestine that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Football Academy of Jerusalem, 168 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof Football Academy of Jerusalem could be found in Group 27 together with Råsunda IS, VFL Jheringefehn and IF Växbo. Football Academy of Jerusalem continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Prep Schools Lions White with 0-7. In the Final, Phoenix Football Academy won over Upsala IF 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. Football Academy of Jerusalem also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in B11 Play off B, but lost it against Euro Soccer Academy with 0-4. Football Academy of Jerusalem comes from JERUSALEM which lies approximately 3400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
