They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof Prep Schools Lions Blue could be found in Group 19 together with Chico Sporting Club, Munka-Ljungby IF and Torslanda IK 1. Prep Schools Lions Blue continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 19. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Intercups MX with 1-5. In the Final, Lizzy Football Club won over Mountain FC 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
