In addition to the 6 Prep Schools Lions teams, 132 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Prep Schools Lions Orange could be found in Group 9 together with Bangalore Soccer Academy, V. Frölunda IF and Råå IF. Prep Schools Lions Orange continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against JFV Verden/Brunsbrock with 1-6. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna won over Dallas Texans Soccer Club and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13.
