Legon Hill SA

Legon Hill SA was one of four clubs from Ghana that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Legon Hill SA, 168 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof Legon Hill SA could be found in Group 13 together with IFK Aspudden-Tellus Real, V. Frölunda IF 2 and Mountain FC 2. Legon Hill SA continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IK Fyris with 3-4. In the Final, Phoenix Football Academy won over Upsala IF 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. Legon Hill SA comes from Accra which lies approximately 5900 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Accra does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Right to Dream and SKF Ghana).
