SV Eichede

SV Eichede was one of 58 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to SV Eichede, 168 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof SV Eichede could be found in Group 37 together with Coerver Michigan Performance Academy, SK Augur, Frösö IF 2 and Särö IK. SV Eichede continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 37. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Upsala IF 1 with 6-8. In the Final, Phoenix Football Academy won over Upsala IF 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. SV Eichede also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in B11 Play off A, but lost it against FC Bellevue 2 with 0-2. Eichede comes from Eichede which lies approximately 460 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
