Gideonsbergs IF 2

In addition to the two Gideonsbergs teams, 96 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 24 different groups, whereof Gideonsbergs IF 2 could be found in Group 7 together with Arna-Bjørnar, Matfors IF, Dösjöbro/Vellinge and Scandia United SA. Gideonsbergs IF 2 continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Boo FF with 3-5. In the Final, Tiller 1 won over Valur and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 16. Gideonsbergs IF also participated in Girls 15 during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in G15 Play off A, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna with 0-1.
