Yaşamkent İlker Spor

Yaşamkent İlker Spor was one of three clubs from Türkiye that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Yaşamkent İlker Spor, 168 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof Yaşamkent İlker Spor could be found in Group 14 together with Prep Schools Pumas White, FO Valesia and Örgryte IS 2. Yaşamkent İlker Spor continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Euro Sports Brasil with 2-5. In the Final, Phoenix Football Academy won over Upsala IF 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. Yaşamkent İlker Spor comes from Ankara which lies approximately 2500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
