IFK Tidaholm

IFK Tidaholm was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to IFK Tidaholm, 97 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 24 different groups, whereof IFK Tidaholm could be found in Group 8 together with IFK Värnamo, Cadamu GDL and Västerås BK 30. IFK Tidaholm continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Stord Fotball with 1-6. In the Final, Dösjöbro/Vellinge won over Stord Fotball and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. IFK Tidaholm comes from Tidaholm which lies approximately 130 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Tidaholm does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Falköpings KIK, Skultorps IF, Tidaholms GIF, Mullsjö IF, IFK Falköping FF, Skara FC, IFK Skövde FK, Våmbs IF, Våmbs IF/Skultorps IF and IFK Hjo).
