FO Valesia

FO Valesia was one of 20 clubs from France that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to FO Valesia, 168 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof FO Valesia could be found in Group 14 together with Prep Schools Pumas White, Yaşamkent İlker Spor and Örgryte IS 2. FO Valesia continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Prep Schools Lions Purple with 6-7. In the Final, Phoenix Football Academy won over Upsala IF 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. FO Valesia comes from Chelles which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Chelles does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (JSC Pitray-Olier Paris, Collège St Justin Levallois, ASF Le Perreux, Fc Franconville PB, AS Meudon, FC Saint Cloud, ACBB Paris and FC Saint Brice).
