IS Halmia

IS Halmia was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to IS Halmia, 195 other teams from 39 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof IS Halmia could be found in Group 34 together with TSV Altenholz, BK Häcken and City Football Schools AD. IS Halmia continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 34. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Ag Paraskevi Santa with 2-3. In the Final, AP Top 54 won over Stjarnan 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. IS Halmia comes from Halmstad which lies approximately 130 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Halmstad does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Förslövs IF, Halmstads BK, HGH Halmstad and BK Astrio).
