PPJ Helsinki was one of three clubs from Finland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to PPJ Helsinki, 137 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof PPJ Helsinki could be found in Group 23 together with JSG Rot Weiß Kickers Frisia Emden, Lerums IS and IFK Lidingö 1. PPJ Helsinki continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 23. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Paris-Jilo with 0-1. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna won over Dallas Texans Soccer Club and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13.
