Borensbergs IF/FK

Borensbergs IF/FK was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Borensbergs IF/FK, 195 other teams from 39 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Borensbergs IF/FK could be found in Group 3 together with Herrestads AIF, KL Youth Soccer and Santos Laguna CDMX. Borensbergs IF/FK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Groheds IF/Ljungskile SK with 1-2. In the Final, FC Chambly won over Glumslövs FF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Borensbergs IF/FK comes from Borensberg which lies approximately 220 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
