Triangelns IK

Triangelns IK was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Triangelns IK, 117 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Triangelns IK could be found in Group 1 together with Västerås IK, Piteå IF and St. Paul Blackhawks. Triangelns IK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IF Team Hudik with 1-2. In the Final, Glumslövs FF won over Vinslövs IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Triangelns IK also participated in Girls 14 during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the 1/32 Final in G14 Play off A, but lost it against Marin FC 1 with 0-1. Triangelns comes from Eskilstuna which lies approximately 320 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Eskilstuna does also provide 16 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Among others: Barkarö SK, Irsta IF, Västerås IK, Katrineholms AIK, BK Sport, Hällbybrunns IF, Västerås SK Fotboll, Västerås SK Ungdom, Gideonsbergs IF and Skiljebo SK).
