In addition to Sölvesborgs GIF, 168 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof Sölvesborgs GIF could be found in Group 7 together with Specifique FA Tunisia 2, Randburg Football Club 2 and V. Frölunda IF 1. Sölvesborgs GIF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Hammarby IF FF 2 with 4-5. In the Final, Lizzy Football Club won over Mountain FC 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
