Ryan FC

Ryan FC was one of 35 clubs from England that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Ryan FC, 148 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 37 different groups, whereof Ryan FC could be found in Group 15 together with CLUB REFORMA, Vaksala SK 3 and Finnsnes IL Fotball. Ryan FC continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Mölnlycke IF with 2-4. In the Final, Örgryte IS won over V. Frölunda IF and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 18. Ryan FC comes from London which lies approximately 1000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around London does also provide 12 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Among others: Carpe Diem FC, Josh Evans Soccer School, Islington Borough Ladies Football Club, Most Wanted Elite, St Joseph's Youth 88 FC, RC Lens London, Regents Park FC, Kinetic Academy, Foxes FC and PLAYR Academy).
