Markham School

Markham School was one of three clubs from Peru that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to Markham School, 101 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 25 different groups, whereof Markham School could be found in Group 20 together with SKF Czech Republic, JSC Pitray-Olier Paris White and IF Väster 2. Markham School also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the 1/32 Final in B11 Play off A, but lost it against FC Djursholm 1 with 2-4. Markham School comes from Lima which lies approximately 11000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Markham School, the club Cantolao, AD does also originate from the area around Lima.
