Special Olympics Latvia was one of three clubs from Latvia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Gothia Special Olympics Trophy. In addition to Special Olympics Latvia, 24 other teams from 10 different countries played in Gothia Special Olympics Trophy.
