San Faustino

San Faustino was one of five clubs from Italy that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to San Faustino, 137 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof San Faustino could be found in Group 21 together with Paris-Jilo, IFK Hässleholm 1 and Angered MBIK. San Faustino continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Råå IF with 3-5. In the Final, KFV Segeberg won over IFK Lidingö 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13. San Faustino comes from MODENA which lies approximately 1500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
