In addition to AIK FF, 46 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof AIK FF could be found in Group 9 together with Hjuviks AIK 2, KFV Segeberg 2 and FC Connecticut. AIK FF made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 9. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against KFV Segeberg 1 with 4-5. Thereby AIK FF finished second in G12 Play off A during Gothia Cup 2018. AIK FF also participated in Girls 11 during Gothia Cup 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in G11 Play off A, but lost it against Enskede IK with 5-6.
