Näsets SK/IF Väster

Näsets SK/IF Väster was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Näsets SK/IF Väster, 97 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 24 different groups, whereof Näsets SK/IF Väster could be found in Group 15 together with Breidholt, Nittorps IK and Clausenengen FK 1. Näsets SK/IF Väster continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Rush Soccer USA with 1-2. In the Final, Tiller 1 won over Valur and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 16. Näsets SK/IF Väster comes from Näsets SK which lies approximately 12 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
