Ösets BK

Ösets BK was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Ösets BK, 195 other teams from 36 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof Ösets BK could be found in Group 1 together with Keflavik 2, Santos Laguna CDMX and Dalstorps IF/Grimsås IF/Limmareds IF. Ösets BK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Katrineholms AIK with 0-4. In the Final, S. Lanzarote won over Sangre Chilena FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Ösets originates from Göteborg, which is the same city as where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 73 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Among others: IK Zenith, Kareby/Kode, Kållered SK, Askims IK, Onsala BK, Bollebygds IF, Ytterby IS, Lunden-Överås BK, Särö IK and V. Frölunda IF).
