Tofta GiF

Tofta GiF was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Tofta GiF, 137 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Tofta GiF could be found in Group 33 together with Sport 4 All, Martutene KE and Lindome GIF. Tofta GiF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 33. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against KFV Segeberg with 1-4. In the Final, KFV Segeberg won over IFK Lidingö 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13. Tofta GiF comes from Varberg which lies approximately 66 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Varberg does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Onsala BK, Kungsbacka DFF, IFK Fjärås, Åsa IF, Kungsbacka IF, Varbergs GIF FK and Varbergs BoIS FC).
