Bollebygds IF

Bollebygds IF was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Bollebygds IF, 117 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Bollebygds IF could be found in Group 18 together with New Mill Indians SK, FC St. Pauli Hamburg and Mullsjö IF. Bollebygds IF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IFK Solna with 3-5. In the Final, Hammarby IF FF won over Lerums IS and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Bollebygds comes from Bollebygd which lies approximately 38 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Bollebygd does also provide 58 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Among others: Alingsås IF, Kållered SK, Askims IK, Sjömarken/Sandareds IF, Lunden-Överås BK, V. Frölunda IF, Jitex Mölndal BK, Lekstorps IF, Solängens BK and HUS).
